Important Statutory Fee Notes
- Caution Money: A sum of ₹3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakhs only) is deposited in the 1st year as interest-free security deposit. It is fully refundable upon completion of the course and internship without dues.
- Hostel Mandatory Rule: As per National Medical Commission (NMC) regulations and Government of Uttar Pradesh directives, hostel accommodation is mandatory for all MBBS students.
- Final Year Calculation: The 5th payment covers half-year tuition (₹9,00,134) and 18 months of hostel accommodation (₹2,59,875) spanning the final clinical term and 6 months of internship.
- Regulatory Compliance: The fees are strictly subject to any revised orders issued by the Appellate Authority, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, or Supreme Court of India.

Multiple Occupancy (Non-AC)

Single Occupancy (Non-AC)

Note: Electricity consumption for Air-Conditioned (AC) rooms is charged extra on actual consumption basis through individual sub-meters as per UP DGME guidelines.
Mode of Fee Payment
Payment must be executed strictly through verified banking instruments. Cash payments are strictly prohibited by institutional policy.
Payment by Demand Draft (DD)

- Payable At: Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh)
- Candidate Details on Reverse: Mention Candidate Name, Father Name, NEET Roll No., and Mobile Number on the back of the DD.
Payment via RTGS / NEFT
Cash payments are strictly not accepted. All fees must be paid through Demand Draft in favor of "Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences" payable at Varanasi, or verified net banking/RTGS through institutional accounts.

Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences strictly adheres to the National Medical Commission (NMC) regulations and Government of Uttar Pradesh directives. The institute does not accept any donations, capitation fees, or unauthorized payments. No outside agent, educational consultancy, or individual is authorized to negotiate admissions.
